No, Membership is free.

Yes, once a member at one Napoleons you are a Member at all of our casinos.

Yes, you can still enter the casino without your Membership card.

If you have not visited Napoleons in over 5 years you will be asked to bring valid photo ID, ideally a photo driving license or passport, to reactivate your Membership. Your Membership will NOT be valid if you have requested for it to be suspended or cancelled. If you have any doubts please contact the casinos directly for advice.

Applications for Membership are processed instantly. If you have provided a correct email address you will have received an email to confirm this. Please check your junk mail if you can't locate the email. Don't forget if you sign up as a member online you will still need to produce valid photo ID on your first visit. Please contact the casino directly to check the status of your application.

Yes, if you do not wish to become a Member you are still welcome. However, we must advise you that as a Non-Member (Visitor) you are not permitted to gamble more than £1,000 on the gaming tables, roulette machines or slots unless you can produce appropriate ID. Additionally there is a £1,000 gambling limit on the money you may cash out during your visit without ID. We will record your name, occupation, date of birth and take a photograph of you which will be retained by the casino. If you are lucky enough to look under 21 (25 in Manchester) we will require valid photographic ID from you to prove that you are over 18. Please be advised that new customers who do not wish to become a member may be asked for proof of their name (e.g. bank card) before admission.

N0 – you can join on your first visit to the casinos if you have valid photo ID. Membership and admission is free and available to over 18’s only. You may also visit without becoming a Member.
