Do I have to apply for membership in advance?
No, as of 1st October 2005, the rules regarding membership have changed. It is now possible to visit the casino and join instantly. You may still apply for membership prior to your visit if you wish.
Do I need ID?
Yes, the European anti money laundering laws require that every person entering a casino should show positive identification. (Passport or drivers licence is ideal). Your photo will also be taken.
How old do I have to be to enter the casino?
You must be 18 years of age or over to enter the casino. This applies to all the casino's facilities, including the restaurant. You will be challenged if you are lucky enough to look under 21 and we will require photographic ID
Is there a cost associated with becoming a member?
No, Membership is free
I applied for membership some weeks ago and still have not heard anything. Was the membership approved and when will I receive confirmation of this?
Applications for membership are processed instantly. Please contact the casino directly to check the status of your application.
Does my membership at one casino entitle me to membership at any other Napoleons casinos?
No. You must apply for membership at each individual casino before entering. Membership at one casino does not entitle you to membership at another.
I have not visited the casino in some time. Is my membership still valid?
Membership of a Napoleons Casino is for life at Management discretion. Your membership will not be still valid if YOU have requested for it to be terminated or cancelled. If you have any doubts please contact the casinos directly for advice.
I have lost my membership card. Can I still enter the casino?
Yes, you can still enter the casino without your membership card.
I would like to take my partner to the casino for the evening. Do they need to be a member also?
No, you can take guests into the casino with you, providing they have the same level id with them as described above (DO I NEED ID).
How many guests can a member bring to the casino?
Due to the recent changes brought by the new Gambling Act 2005, the status of “guest” has become almost obsolete. Anybody visiting the casino who shows a valid form of ID becomes (at their request) a member and is allowed immediate entry (Management reserve the right to refuse admission). However 'guest' status can be arranged if your friends specifically do not wish to benefit from being a member, but their ID must still be produced. In short – bring as many people as you like, so long as they have valid ID (preferably their passport or photo driving licence).
Do my guests have to show ID every time they visit the casino?
No, we will make a record of the ID shown on the first visit and take their photo which will be stored.
Can I wear jeans and trainers to the casino?
Our dress code is smart – casual. Although we allow smart jeans and trainers, sportswear including tracksuits, football shirts and hooded tops are not allowed
Do you have car-parking facilities?
Yes, all of our casinos (with the exception of Napoleons London)
Do you have a facility for accessing cash
Yes, all of our casinos have ATM cash machines which will accept all major debit cards (with no fee) and all major credit cards (where your card issuer may charge a fee for each transaction). You may also withdraw up to £1,000 with your debit card at the cashdesk (subject to funds you have available) or arrange a “Personal Debit Limit” to suit your requirements.
