Do I have to apply for membership in advance?    
No – you can join on your first visit to the casinos. Membership and admission is free and available to over 18’s only. You may also visit without becoming a member.

Do I need Identification?    
If you produce acceptable ID you will have access to unlimited gambling, full use of Cashdesk facilities including debit card and foreign currency transactions and a New Members pack which includes vouchers, discounts and offers. You will also be eligible for entry into free Prize Draws (terms & conditions apply)

Do I have to show ID each time I visit?    
No - we only need to record your ID once

Can I still visit the casino if I do not wish to become a Member?    
If you do not wish to become a Member you are also welcome. However, we must advise you that as a visitor you are not permitted to gamble on or cash out winnings of, over £1000 in total on any gaming table or roulette machine. Additionally there is a £1,000 gambling limit to the money you may pay into the slot machines during this visit unless you can produce acceptable ID. (This limit does not include any winnings on slot machines)

How old do I have to be to enter the casino?    
You must be 18 years of age or over to enter the casino. This applies to all the casino's facilities, including the restaurant. You will be challenged if you are lucky enough to look under 21 and we will require photographic ID

Is there a cost associated with becoming a member?     
No, Membership is free

I applied for membership some weeks ago and still have not heard anything. Was the membership approved and when will I receive confirmation of this?     
Applications for membership are processed instantly. Please contact the casino directly to check the status of your application.

Does my membership at one casino entitle me to membership at any other Napoleons casinos?     
No. You must apply for membership at each individual casino before entering. Membership at one casino does not entitle you to membership at another.

I have not visited the casino in some time. Is my membership still valid?     
Membership of a Napoleons Casino is for life at Management discretion. Your membership will not be still valid if YOU have requested for it to be terminated or cancelled. If you have any doubts please contact the casinos directly for advice.

I have lost my membership card. Can I still enter the casino?     
Yes, you can still enter the casino without your membership card.
Can I wear jeans and trainers to the casino?     
Our dress code is smart – casual. Although we allow smart jeans and trainers, sportswear including tracksuits, football shirts and hooded tops are not allowed

Do you have car-parking facilities?     
Yes, all of our casinos have superior parking facilities with the exception of Napoleons London where it is not possible for us to offer parking

Do you have a facility for accessing cash?     
Yes, all of our casinos have ATM cash machines which will accept all major debit cards (with no fee) and all major credit cards (where your card issuer may charge a fee for each transaction). You may also withdraw up to £1,000 with your debit card at the cashdesk (subject to funds you have available) or arrange a “Personal Debit Limit” to suit your requirements.
