Getting started
We are a Members' club and we strongly recommend that you take up membership to enjoy the fantastic benefits which would then become avilable to you.  These include:

• Use of all Cash Desk facilities including: debit,cheque and foreign currency transactions
• Free entry into the Prize Draws

Joining couldn’t be simpler you have to be over 18 and have shown a valid form of ID. It’s completely free so just click here and fill out our online application form or come along to any of our casinos where you can fill out an application form and come straight in providing you show a valid form of ID


Valid Forms of ID
On your first visit to our casino as a Member, you must show the following: - Passport or Driving Licence or a debit/credit card accompanied by a recent utility bill


Visitors
However, if you are just visiting and do not require membership, you are very welcome!

We must advise you that as a visitor, you may not gamble in excess of £1500 on the gaming tables or roulette machines nor cash out chips or tokens for more than £1500.
In addition you may not gamble more than £1500 on the slot machines.

Buying Chips
Playing the tables or gaming machines in a casino is exciting and fun and should not be a worry, so only spend what you can afford. You may buy chips in a number of ways:

Cash is accepted directly over the tables. Just place the cash on the table in front of the croupier (for security reasons they are not allowed to take cash straight from your hand) and ask for chips.

If you don’t like carrying cash, just visit the cashdesk with your debit card where you may withdraw cash up to our casinos limit or you may prefer to request a Personal Debit Limit above or below this amount which can easily be arranged, tailored to your specific requirements.

If you prefer, our ATM cash machines will accept all major debit cards (with no fee) and all major credit cards (where your card issuer may charge a fee for each transaction).

You may also exchange foreign currency (with no commission), or even cash a travellers’ cheque if you are on holiday in the area of one of our casinos.

Other methods of accessing your funds may also be arranged to suit you: just speak to a manager.
